Ternary PM6:Y6 Solar Cells with Single‐Walled Carbon Nanotubes

چکیده

An organic solar cell with single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) in the photoactive layer is typically a type II heterojunction semiconducting SWCNTs acting as electron donor and C 60 or other fullerene derivatives acceptor. Herein, performance of cells consisting (6,5) combined three nonfullerene acceptors evaluated bilayer architecture. are then donor/acceptor PM6:Y6 ternary mixture both bulk devices fabricated. The found to extend light absorption into infrared but their use must strike balance between SWCNT concentration enhance solvent‐induced changes morphology active layer.
